# How to change the password for your email account

1. Login to the administrative email account using the SmarterMail Web Portal - **[https://mail1.domaincentral.com.au](https://mail1.domaincentral.com.au) or [https://smartermail.myownserver.net](https://smartermail.myownserver.net)**
 2. Click on **Domain Settings*** (i.e. settings cog with the globe)*
 3. Click on the account you want to change the password for
 4. Next to the red **Delete** button, click on the blue **...** button
 5. Click on the 'Change Password' option that appears
 6. Click on **Save **button
