How do I get access to my apps and services once I buy a licence?

Once your order is complete, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access the Microsoft Portal where you can manage everything.

Do I need an Internet connection to use the applications?

If your licence contains the desktop versions, you will initially need an internet connection to install them, but afterwards you will be able to use these applications while offline. We recommend staying connected to be sure you have the latest versions of each application and access to your OneDrive cloud storage. Web and mobile versions of the apps require an internet connection.
