Hosting Rescue Program by Fluccs

The Fluccs Hosting Rescue Program helps you switch from your current web host without losing money you’ve already paid. If you have prepaid hosting time left with your old provider, we’ll credit your first Fluccs invoice for the unused period — up to the value of the new plan you choose.

We’ll credit you for the unused portion of your existing hosting plan, up to the total value of the Fluccs plan and payment period you choose. The maximum credit period is 12 months.

Almost! The Hosting Rescue Program applies to all our shared web hosting and wordpress hosting plans. Just choose the plan that fits your needs, and we’ll apply your credit accordingly.(does not apply to reseller hosting plans)

It’s simple:

1. Sign up for your chosen Fluccs shared hosting plan (be sure to select bank transfer on checkout so that you are not charged up front)
2. Open a ticket through your new Fluccs client area and upload proof of your paid current hosting invoice showing how much time you’ve prepaid (must also show the domain on the account with your current host)
3. We’ll calculate your credit and apply it to your first invoice with Fluccs.

Yes. The credit cannot exceed the value of your new Fluccs plan for the same payment period. For example, if you sign up for a 12-month plan with Fluccs, your credit is capped at the annual cost of that plan.

Years ago, when Fluccs traded as Web Hosts Australia, we ran the popular “Hosting Orphans” program to help customers escape bad hosting without losing money. We’ve brought it back as the Hosting Rescue Program because no website deserves to stay stuck with a host that isn’t delivering.

The Hosting Rescue Program credit currently applies only to Fluccs shared web hosting plans. It doesn’t cover domain name renewals, domain transfers, SSL certificates, or other add-on services. If you’re unsure what qualifies, our team can help clarify your invoice.

Yes! You can transfer multiple websites to Fluccs under the Hosting Rescue Program if you have multiple different website plans paid with another host. The credit you receive will still be capped at the value of the Fluccs hosting plan you choose for the respective domain. 

We typically require:

• A copy of your invoice and/or receipt from your current hosting provider
• The billing period shown (e.g. “12 months”)
• The amount paid
• The start date and any remaining term left on your current hosting plan
• The website address (domain name) the hosting service is for

This helps us calculate your eligible credit accurately.

Currently, the Hosting Rescue Program applies only to customers moving to Fluccs shared hosting plans. If you’re interested in transferring a VPS or dedicated server, talk to our team — we may still be able to tailor a solution for you.

Yes. As long as your current host can provide the required invoices and you’re switching to a Fluccs shared hosting plan, you’re eligible. Please note that all credits are calculated in Australian dollars (AUD).
